Chordential is a small studio making original music for campaigns, cleared under a certificate we sign. We work with a curated roster of creators, and we'd rather treat a few people exceptionally than run a marketplace.
Real briefs, not spec
No engagement has been sold yet, so there is no brief waiting for you and we will not imply there is. When one comes, the scope and the fee are written down before you start. Never an unpaid pitch, never “make something and we’ll see.”
Clean rights & fair terms
Clear scope, defined deliverables, and payment that does not wait on the client paying us. You assign the composition to the studio and you keep your writer’s share; half the publisher’s share is yours, and if the client later pays to widen the licence, you are paid again on that. The agreement says all of this in full, and you read it before you sign anything.
Curated, not a marketplace
You’re chosen for your craft, not bidding against two hundred people on price. When you’re on the roster, you’re on the roster.

What we won’t promise
We’re early. We won’t pretend we have a flood of work or a steady paycheck. that wouldn’t be honest. What we will promise is respect for your craft, fair terms, fast payment, and a real seat when the work fits. Reliability is how we intend to earn the relationship.
We review every reel personally. No automated screening.
